Index Forward uses the information you send through the Finding Ducks contact form to respond to your question and manage the resulting conversation. A contact message does not subscribe you to marketing.

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. Please do not include passwords, payment information, sensitive personal details or confidential material.

Messages are stored in this website’s native VioletCMS inbox on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Authorized VioletCMS administrators can inspect and respond to them. To request access, correction or deletion, use the contact form or email team@indexforward.com.

Unconverted inquiries are reviewed and deleted manually after 90 days; deletion is not automatic. Records needed for an ongoing relationship or recordkeeping may be retained longer. Deleted information may remain in protected recovery backups. The existing off-host lifecycle expires current objects after 30 days and noncurrent versions after a further 30 days; local recovery copies are handled separately by authorized operators.

Contact notifications are disabled, and no automatic visitor acknowledgment email is sent. Authorized administrators inspect inquiries in VioletCMS.

The early-access newsletter and its preference links remain separate. This website remembers your light or dark appearance preference. Native contact forms use validation, a hidden spam field, short-lived tickets and request limits to reduce abuse. This redesign adds no advertising or analytics tracking.
